Group Rides

Our Cycle Sisters Redbridge group runs rides on Tuesday and Saturday mornings. We meet at 9.15am for a 9.30am start and generally return by 12pm.
As long as you can pedal, balance and steer, you are welcome on our rides! We have a team of friendly and supportive Ride Leaders who run the rides and make sure that everyone is safe and taken care of!
We ride at a gentle, sociable pace with plenty of chatting and time to enjoy our surroundings. All our rides have a cafe stop which is also an opportunity to get to know your fellow sisters as well as enjoying some tea and cake!
Our Redbridge rides start from Valentines Park and are mostly intermediate rides (6-12 miles) with some occasional longer challenge rides (12+ miles). Typical destinations include Wanstead Park, Fairlop Waters, Hollow Ponds and Ray Park.

Free bikes are available to borrow for our group rides, thanks to our partnership with Redbridge Council.
