Role title: Trustee
Salary: Unpaid, voluntary role with reasonable expenses paid
Reporting to: Chair of board of trustees
Location: Remote (UK-based). Cycle Sisters’ activities are mainly in London at present with potential to expand beyond.
Commitment: 3 year term (with possibility of additional terms by mutual agreement)
Hours: 4 online Board meetings per year, plus additional 4-6 hours per month
Start date: Immediate
Deadline: midnight, Sunday 9th November 2025

Cycle Sisters is looking for up to two new Trustees to join our Board at an exciting moment in our journey. This is a unique opportunity to help shape the future of an award-winning, values-driven charity that’s transforming access to cycling for Muslim and ethnically diverse women.

As a Trustee, you’ll play a key role in guiding our strategy, strengthening our governance, and championing inclusion across the cycling sector. You’ll bring insight, leadership and a commitment to our mission of creating cycling spaces where women can build confidence, improve their health and connect with others.​
