Ealing
Our Cycle Sisters Ealing group runs rides on the first and third Saturdays of the month. Rides meet at 9.30am and generally return by 12.30pm.
As long as you can pedal, balance and steer, you are welcome on our rides! We have a team of friendly and supportive Ride Leaders who run the rides and make sure that everyone is safe and taken care of. We ride at a gentle, sociable pace with plenty of chatting and time to enjoy our surroundings. All our rides have a cafe stop which is also an opportunity to get to know your fellow sisters as well as enjoying some tea and cake!
Booking is essential for all our rides and details are posted on our WhatsApp group - email ealing@cyclesisters.org.uk to be added to our WhatsApp group.
All our Ealing group rides start from Ealing Council Offices and we have a limited number of free bikes available to lend out for our rides courtesy of Ealing Council.
Our Ealing group rides are mostly beginner and intermediate rides (6-12 miles). Typical destinations include Northala Fields and Osterley Park.

"Exercise was never a key part of our upbringing and sometimes I'm too scared to exercise outside because of Islamophobia so being able to go out now with a group of women feels very empowering and safe at the same time."
