Tower Hamlets

When and where

Sunday mornings

Start point: St Stephen's Health Centre

Are the rides right for me?

If you can pedal, balance and steer, you are ready for our rides. If you're not sure you can book a cycle lesson to get you started.

We offer a mixture of beginner, intermediate and challenge rides.  Rides start from 4 miles long with most of our rides being around 8-12 miles long.

If you are interested in rides of
20+ miles
, our Road Club might be for you.

Do I need my own bike?

We have a limited number of free bikes available to borrow for rides, thanks to our partnership with Brompton, Raleigh and St Stephen's Health Centre.

How to join

Email towerhamlets@cyclesisters.org.uk to be added to our WhatsApp group where ride booking details are posted.

Need Cycle Lessons?

We offer free Bikeability cycle lessons in partnership with Bikeworks and Tower Hamlets Council for those who live, work or study in the borough.

Whether you are a complete beginner who can't yet balance, or a regular cyclist looking to improve your skills, the sessions are tailored to your needs.

You can book a
1 to 1 or small group lesson with friends and family.

Bikes are available to borrow.
